All trainees need to be prepared for the demanding start to their course and the NASBTT Learn app now offers the perfect induction course. The new Induction Programme has eight short modules to enable trainees to prepare effectively, gain confidence and adapt to a new professional environment before their training begins.

NASBTT Learn has been offering self-study, app-based training courses for trainee teachers since 2019. Through the NASBTT Learn app our short courses have been completed more than 100,000 times. They have integrated well into providers' curricula and enhanced trainees' learning experience. The new Induction Programme helps to prepare trainees ahead of their initial placement.
